He is survived by: his children, Alexis (Corey Lombardo), Ashley (Steve Bennett) of Phoenix, AZ and Bryan Shaffer; his grandchildren, Sofia Williams, Havana, Ruby, Aubrielle and Jagger Lombardo; his sister Gerianne (Michael Lane); and his nephew Gabriel Lane of Canton, OH..
