He is survived by: his significant other Shianne Zunner; his child Bransen; his parents, Thomas J. Hudak and Sherry E. Hudak (Jurich); his siblings, Lisa Evans (Cork Evans), Richard Hudak (Bobby Jo Knepper) and David Hudak; and his nephew Ben Evans of Windber.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made for expenses.
