He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Guzako and Catherine Guzako (Stetz); and his siblings, Steve, Theodore, Edward, Mary Stevens, Mildred Samole and Rose Lepley.
He is survived by: his wife Melva "Mel" K. (Neatrour); his daughter Debbie K. Guzako (Vince Gremani); his siblings, Walter E. Guzako and Stella Matheny of Madisonville, KY; and his brother-in-law Russell Neatrour. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other members of extended family.
