She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Bauer and Esther Bauer (Thomas); her husband George; her son Mark; and her sisters, Betty, Alice and Janet.

She is survived by: her son Larry; and her grandson Zachary.

Memorial donations may be made to Walnut Grove Church of the Brethren in memory of Sara.
