She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Barkley and Gertrude Barkley (Holland); and her siblings, Richard, Thomas, Faye, Gayle, Judy and Janice.

She is survived by: her husband R. Dean Thomas; her children, Lori Slack (Danny), Tammy Allaman (George), Dean Thomas (Reena) and Jeff Thomas (Heather); and her brother David (Tammy). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
