Burkhart; her children, David Keiter of Carlisle, PA and Maxine Cook of Gulfport, MS; her grandchildren, Zachary, Cody and Amanda Smay; her son-in-law Curtis Smay of Stafford, VA; her grandchildren, Ricky Warner and Alonda; and her siblings-in-law, Jerry, Jackie Burkhart, Susan, Joe Myers and Dick Fye. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
