He was predeceased by: his parent Harry Sipe; his wife Cynthia Sipe (Large); and his siblings, Earl Sipe, Walter Sipe, Glen Sipe, Paul Sipe, Dewey Sipe, Maude Onkst, Betty Bell and Mae Clark.
He is survived by: his parent Lottie Sipe (Hoffman); his children, Roy L. (Jill), Mundys Corner, Jane and Windber; and his grandchildren, Shawn Sipe (Tammy), Scott Sipe (Julie), Sarah Faust (Duane) and David Faust (Chelsea). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Roy's name to the American Heart Association.
