He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt and Catherine J. Adams (Raymore); his siblings, Charles, Gene, Jay, Paul Adams and Dorothy Novison; and his granddaughter Alexa Eplett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Don Adams and Phyliss Borodach (Fran); his children, Deborah Leach (Jim), Michael Adams (Shelby), Greg Adams (Maria) and Cindy Eplett (Bryan); his grandchildren, Jaime Shingler (Nate), Jason Adams (Samantha), Garrett Adams (Meghan), Megan West (Stu), Derek Leach (Jessica), Amanda Petrosky (Edward) and Bryson Eplett; and his friend Connie.
