He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Webb and Anna M. (Dick); his sons, Michael Webb, Ronald Webb Jr. and Joseph Conn; his grandchildren, Walter Webb Jr. and Amanda Boring; and his siblings, James Webb and Gloria Beaner.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Jane Webb (Peifer); and his children, Walter Webb, Frank Rummel, Hope Gosnel, Charlene Webb, Robert Peifer (Patricia) and David Peifer. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren.
