He was predeceased by: his parents, James DeBiase and Mary DeBiase (Magazzu); his former wife Betty DeBiase (Graybeck); his grandson Robbie DeBiase; and his siblings, Dominick, John, Anthony, James, Josephine Marfizo, Rose DeBiase, Kathryn Badowski and Sarah Dayoob.

He is survived by: his wife Carol DeBiase (Green); his children, Robert L. DeBiase, Jr. (Anita), Roxanne (John Blough), Wendy (Mark Kudlawiec), Scott Penrod (Kim Stiffler), Santa Rosa Beach and Shannon (James Eberly) of Frostburg, MD.; his grandchildren, Joseph, Ashley, Adam, Shane, Mitchell, Maggie, Kate, Ally, Delaney and Jace; and his great grandchildren, Haven, Kobe, Mason, Haylee, Logan, Charlotte and Zion.

In lieu of flowers monetary contribution may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in memory of Robert.
