He was predeceased by: his parent Steve Campitell; and his siblings, Edith Glacken, Mary Sklodowski and Paul. He is survived by: his parent Adaline Campitell (Chicarell); his wife Patricia E. Campitell (Otolinsky); his son Richard Stephen Campitell (Jill); his grandchildren, Adalyna Marie and Stephen Campitell; his son Christopher Patrick Campitell (Allison); his grandchildren, Benjamin David and Luke Richard Campitell; his siblings, Janet Murtha, Rose Haley and Bernice Myers; his sister-in-law Dolores Modic (Otolinsky); and his sons, Rick and Chris.
