He was predeceased by: his father Frank Johnson; and his grandparents, Raymond Reed, Edward and Alice Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Donna Johnson (Reed); his stepfather Brian Ross; his grandmother Carol Reed; his children, Mackenzie (Matt Salem), Kimberly and Nathalee; his sisters, Marisa (Tyler Hern) and Sarah Ross; and his stepbrother Mike (Amanda Gindlesperger). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be directed to his mother Donna Johnson, 1267 3rd St., Windber, PA 15963 in memory of Raymond.
