He is survived by: his wife Mitzie Tomak; his children, Lori, Philip Jr., Jill and Amy Jo; his stepchildren, Annette, Frank and Brian; and his siblings, John "Jack" Tomak, Rosemarie Schubert and Dan Tomak. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
