Nancy A. Turner Obituary
We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, at the age of 84, Nancy A. Turner in Windber, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Nancy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nancy leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Skrodinsky and Virginia Skrodinsky; her husband William J. Turner, Sr.; and her brother Russell K. Skrodinsky. She is survived by: her children, William Jr., Barbara and Michael; and her daughters-in-law, Paula and Bonnie Turner. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, mother-in-law.
A Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Church of the Transfiguration (220 Oak St, Conemaugh, PA 15909).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Ave., Windber, PA 15963, or to a charity of one's choice in Nancy's memory.
