She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Cicmansky and Anna Cicmansky (Nemcek); her husband Michael D. Muscatello; and her siblings, John, Martin, Steve, Daniel, Ann and Kay.
She is survived by: her niece Theresa Loffredo; her children, Mildred M. (William Evans), Rosanne Muscatello and Michael A. Muscatello (Vicki); her grandchildren, Heather Evans-Schell (David), Melissa (John Thomas), Michael D. Muscatello (Elizabeth) and Anthony J. Muscatello (Keri); her great grandchild Jonathan "JT" Thomas; her grandchildren, Sophia Thomas, Anna Thomas, David Thomas, Luca Muscatello, Dominic Muscatello, Evie Muscatello, Hudson Schell and Dryden Schell; her sister Betty Loffredo; and her sister-in-law Pauline Cicmansky.
