He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony DeBiase and Sue DeBiase (Kolson); his wife Patricia DeBiase (Nagy); his daughter Stacey L. Carone (DeBiase); his mother-in-law Louise Nagy (Landers); and his brother-in-law Michael Nagy.
He is survived by: his children, Michael S. DeBiase (Cassey) and Shelley (Denny Rapsky Jr.); his grandchildren, Caleb, Sydney, Taylor Carone, Chloe, Anthony DeBiase, Morgan and Kye Rapsky; his brothers, Jerry DeBiase (Debbi) and Anthony DeBiase (Angie); and his siblings-in-law, William Nagy and Lynn King. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
