He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony DeBiase and Sue DeBiase (Kolson); his wife Patricia DeBiase (Nagy); his daughter Stacey L. Carone (DeBiase); his mother-in-law Louise Nagy (Landers); and his brother-in-law Michael Nagy.

He is survived by : his children, Michael S. DeBiase (Cassey) and Shelley (Denny Rapsky Jr.); his grandchildren, Caleb, Sydney, Taylor Carone, Chloe, Anthony DeBiase, Morgan and Kye Rapsky; his brothers, Jerry DeBiase (Debbi) and Anthony DeBiase (Angie); and his siblings-in-law, William Nagy and Lynn King. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, July 1st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, July 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
