She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Mayket and Anna Mayket (Tokarsky); her husband Frank J. "Sonny" Gomulka; and her siblings, Michael Maykut, Agnes Ellensworth, Anna Mae Mayket, Thomas Mayket and Paul Mayket.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Crowe and Stephen Gomulka (Carol); her grandchild Shae Meyer; her great grandchild Cassie Meyer; her daughter Lisa (John Good); her granddaughter Victoria Good; her brother Andrew Maykut; and her brother-in-law Ronald Gomulka. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
