He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Michrina and Anna Mae Michrina (Young); his brother Barry; and his nephew Tim. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Matthew and Emily Evey (Caleb Wolfe); his siblings, Ken, Alan, Barbara Brown (Joel) and Bonnie Fox (Robert); his aunt Dolores Patrick; his father-in-law Barry; his friend Sheetz; and his daughter Courtney. He is also survived by sister-in-law Cindy Town, Indiana; and by nieces, nephews, cousins.
