She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kuhar and Mary Ann Kuhar (Laco); her husband Charles Burkhart; her son Andrew Puniak; and her siblings, Mary C. Ribaric, Nicholas and Michael Kuhar.
She is survived by: her son David Burkhart; her grandson Zachary Burkhart; her sister Joan Ondick (Robert); her daughter-in-law Stephany Puniak; and her sister-in-law Jeannie Kuhar. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
