She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Lensie and Leola Lensie (Figard); her husband Lowell Berkebile; and her daughter Sara Beth. She is survived by: her son Justin Berkebile (Jenna); her siblings, Thomas Lensie (Kathy), Timothy Lensie (Brenda), Gregory Lensie (Jackie) and Patricia (Bill Miller); and her pet Schultz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
