He was predeceased by: his parents, David Turcato and Mary Turcato (DiGiulio); and his wife Carolyn Turcato (Strapple). He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Turcato, Christopher M. Turcato and Dr. Reine L. Turcato; and his siblings, David Turcato (Christine), Mary Louise Gallagher and Loretta (David Blough).
