He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Noon and Elizabeth Noon (McAndrews); and his sister Lori. He is survived by: his siblings, Teddy, Betty Noon (Alabama), Mary Thomas (Jerome), Edward, Teresa Noon (Central City) and Tim Noon (Windber). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Ken requests that donations be made to his Somerset County Humane Society or Windber Hospice, in memory of Kenneth Noon.
