He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth "Huck" Leap and Helen Leap (Partsch). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughters, Courtney Smith (Bob) and Carey Chiodo (Ryan); his grandsons, Bradley of Johnstown, Wesley Smith of Johnstown, Damian of Johnstown and Dominic Chiodo of Johnstown; his siblings, Karl Clarion (Nichole Mulchany), Keith McCarthy (Becky) of Lilly, Kathy Paras (Tony) of Pittsburgh and Karen Lucarelli (Jerry) of Pittsburgh; and his nieces and nephews, Lexi, Hannah, Anna, Gerard, Danny and Thomas.
