He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth T. Costlow and Dorothy Costlow (Gradwohl). He is survived by: his wife Catherine (Kawa); his siblings, Joseph (Audrey), Gary (Debbie), Yale (Suzanne), Tim (Theresa), Greg and Debbie Richards; and his close friends, Art Boring and Dave Fuller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
