She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Kostura and Anne Kostura (Felix); and her husband William J. Smutko. She is survived by: her children, Michael Smutko (Candace) and Sarah (Justin Pechar); and her grandchildren, Zoe Smutko, Jack Pechar and Lilly Pechar.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cyril & Methodius Catholic Church (604 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963).
