He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Paulovich and Elizabeth Paulovich (Roman); and his brother Louis J.. He is survived by: his caregivers, Gloria Cominsky and Melissa Andrews; and his cousin Joe Cominsky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
