He is survived by: his close friend Barbara Jane Antonishek (Fox); his sons, Michael John Antonishek (Paula), John Keith Antonishek (Sandy) and Brian Antonishek (Linda); his grandchildren, Justin, Alex, Abigail, Zoe, Zachary, Grace, Ella and Megan; his brother George Antonishek; and his sister-in-law Margaret Reitz.
