He was predeceased by: his grandfather Dwight J. Murphey. He is survived by: his parents, Dwight G. Murphey and Lisa Murphey (Natta); his sisters, Jessica (Pat), Justina and Jasmine; his children, Derek and Paisleigh Murphey; his grandmothers, Shirley Murphey and Nancy Natta; and his nieces and nephews, Kaleigh, Zac, Chelsey and Shaynee.
