She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph E. Wise and Amanda Pearl Wise (Shaffer); her husband Charles E. Morgart; and her siblings, Betty, Esther, Wilma, Ruth, Mary, William, Joan, Edward, Dorsey, James, Mildred, Sarah, Joseph and Eva.
She is survived by: her children, James Morgart (Sandy), David Morgart (Deborah), Alan Morgart and Carol (David Geyer); and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Amanda, Christina, Lauren, Hayley, Christopher, Zachary, Nicholas, Matthew, Kristina, Stephanie and Michael. She is also survived by 12 Great-grandchildren; also by numerous nieces and nephews.
