He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair Cook and Leah Cook (Holsopple); his parents-in-law, Imogene Wagner (Haire) and Everett Wagner; and his sister-in-law Dorothy "Cindy" Wagner.
He is survived by: his wife Merilee (Wagner); his son Troy; his daughter-in-law Kimberly (Ream); his brother-in-law Daryl Wagner (Dottie); his nephew Scott (Cheryl); and his great-nephew Jacob Wagner.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to be made to Windber Hospice in Jim's name.
