He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dougherty-Baloga and Marian Dougherty-Baloga (Stombaugh); his stepfather Michael Baloga; and his sister Barbara Klemens. He is survived by: his siblings, Harry Dougherty (Doris) of Johnstown, Jack Baloga (Winona) of Hazelton, Sally Layton (Roger) of Windber, Jeanne Banks (Jim), Margaret "Mickey" Bevans of Johnstown, Mark Baloga (Jeanette), Paul Baloga (Cindy) of Nanty Glo and Marian "Buttons" Slebodnick (Mark) of Portage; and also Valerie McLain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
