He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Bibby and Susan Bibby (Shima); and his brothers, David Bibby and Dennis James Bibby. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bibby (Clark); his daughters, Terri (Jason Claar), Cherie of Washington and Kristin (Brett Miller) of Windber; his grandchildren, Corinne (Ben Rager), Courtney (Josh Maggi), Adeline Miller, Jocelyn Miller, Waylon Miller, Zaiden of Washington, Gino Nardecchia and Nardecchia; his great grandchildren, Ethyn Claar, Ryleigh Rager, Cody Rager and Tyler Rager; his siblings, John Bibby (Christine) and Denise (Jim Lehman); his siblings-in-law, Sherry Bibby, Janet Williams and Robert Whistler; and his son-in-law LaShaun of Washington. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
