Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Elaine leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William W. Dusack and Anna Dusack (Pierre); and her brother-in-law John Glosky. She is survived by: her husband James Makuch; her daughters, Dawn (Michael Korzi) and Jill (Bernard Werwinski); her grandchildren, William Korzi, Morgan Werwinski, Samuel Korzi and Anna Werwinski; and her siblings, William J. Dusack (Terry) and Margaret Glosky. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Byzantine Church of Windber (803 Somerset Ave, Windber, PA 15963).
