He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cruse and Virginia Cruse (Walls); his wife Elizabeth "Betsy" (McCoy); and his sister Nancy Moss. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Kephart (Andrew) of Johnstown and Amy Cruse of Johnstown; his granddaughter Rebecca Kephart; and his brother Dennis Cruse (Leann). He is also survived by aunts and uncles, and numerous nieces and nephews.
