She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Sr. Walko and Ann Walko (Antonishak); and her great-niece Taylor Rae Bowden. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey L. Slatcoff Sr.; her children, Heidi, Jeffrey Jr. (Amber) and Stephen Sr. (Meghan); her grandchildren, Finley, Adelynn, Stephen Jr., Landry, Gracyn and Elijah; and her brothers, William A. Walko Jr. (Brenda), Ronald J. Walko (Jeanne) and Robert J. Walko (Pamela). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church (605 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963).
