She is survived by: her husband Gary Jenkins; her children, Nicole Fabrizio and Jason Fabrizio (Shelly); and her sisters, Vickie Bhrem (Terry) of Johnstown, Antoinette Polca (Carl) of Johnstown and Kim Bambino (Brian) of Johnstown. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
