With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David W. Parks of Windber, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 3, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parks and Mildred Parks (Pritt); his sister Sandra; his siblings-in-law, Phil Lucas, Robert and Darlene Owens; and his daughter-in-law Kimberly Parks.

He is survived by: his wife Deborah Parks (Brown); his children, David Parks Jr. (Sherry Gerula) and Dawn (Jason Kirkwood); his grandsons, William, Jason and Garrett Kirkwood; his children, Michele, Abbigale and Ella Parks; and his brother Paul Parks. He is also survived by numerous sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins and nieces and nephews.
