He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kachmar and Mary Kachmar (Singel); his wife Maxine Rae Kachmar (Wadsworth); and his sisters, Elaine Kachmar and Evelyn Smolar.
He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Kachmar, Robert Kachmar (Sharon) and Patricia Costlow (Curtis). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
