She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Ott and Ruth Ott (Lehman); her husband Sheldon Foreman; her son Arthur Livingston; and her siblings, Donald "Koonie", Roy Wayne, David and Charlotte Weaver.
She is survived by: her children, Christine (Neal Coachman) of Windber, Theresa (Joseph Kause) of Windber, Mark Livingston (Barbara) of Windber and James Livingston of Windber; her sisters, Eleanor Custer, Judy Rogers and Gloria Hinson; and her caregiver Loretta Rigsbee. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
