He is survived by: his wife Elena M. Boyer (Ochoa); his children, Brian Boyer (Kimberle) and Christine Boyer (Daniel Jackson); his granddaughters, Marissa, Abby and Lindsey Boyer; and his father-in-law Alfrede Ochoa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
