He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy Rager Sr. (Rude); his son Charles "Chuckie" Rager III; and his siblings, Della Mae, Ethel Leona, Magaret Louise, Florence Marie, Viola Grace, Betty Jane and Annabelle Rager.
He is survived by: his son Craig Michael (Elaine Bachik); his grandchildren, Allison Lee, Laden Michael and Reece Daniel Rager; and his great grandchild Zachary Allen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations made in Charles' name to Windber Hospice.
