He was predeceased by: his grandchild Michael. He is survived by: his brothers, Garry (Joy), Bob (Debbie), Jay (Maureen) and Don (Laura); his sister-in-law Janet Dabbs; his children, Victoria Wainwright (Rob), Candy Dabbs-Leffler (Jason) and Scott Dabbs (Terri); his grandchildren, Hadlie and Tara; and his great grandchildren, Dalton, Sciona, Kariah and Ardell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Charles Eugene Dabbs, 68, of Windber PA, was born July 20, 1949, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 from a 14-year battle with Alzheimers and Dementia.
