She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Hlatky and Rose Hlatky; and her brother George Hlatky. She is survived by: her children, David Klotz, Cynthia Brumbaugh, Robert Klotz, Kathleen Klotz and Michael Klotz; her grandsons, Joshua Brumbaugh (Angie) and Anthony Klotz; her great grandchild Caden Klotz; her siblings, Thomas Hlatky, Dorothy (Robert Babel) and Eleanor (Rigo Dalimonte); and her friends, JoAnn and Joseph Dressick.
