He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel W. Kautz and Mary N. Kautz (Kleman); his siblings, Alberta R. Birkhimer (Kautz) and Daniel J. Kautz; and his son-in-law Daniel R. Moss.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene F. Schellhammer; his grandchildren, Megan Kurcin, Charles Kleman (Marie Dilascio), Emily Kleman (Zach Hughes), Malinda (Jordan Greene) and Nicole Kleman (Hunter Cookus); his great grandchildren, Kenya, Zaria, Asia Kurcin, Kylie Greene, Elizabeth, Dillion, Carson and Blake Cookus (Kleman); and his uncle Eddie Kleman.
