She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Semich; her parents, Matson James Valentine and Sarah Elizabeth Stakeman; and her siblings, Charles, James, William, Lee, Joan Dean and Dorothy Huck.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Semich Allen (Rodney Brock) of Louisville and Neal Edward Semich (Dawn Grusnick) of Fredericksburg; her grandson Matthew Semich (Kirsti Ference) of Fredericksburg; and her siblings, Jean Valentine of Streamwood and Robert Valentine (Sonny) of New Port Ritchie.
