She was predeceased by: her spouse Richard R. Rinker Sr.; and her parents, George W. Gougher and Ellen L. Gougher (Berger). She is survived by: her children, Rosemarie "Rose" Rinker of Pen Argyl, Freddie G. Rinker (Edith) of Neola and Richard R. Rinker Jr. (Thai) of Aberdeen, MD; her siblings, Marlin, Grace and Velma; her grandchildren, Tina Burley and John Rinker; and her great grandchildren, Rebecca Burley, Alex Burley, Mitchell Rinker, Bradley Rinker, Rebeca Rinker and John Rinker Jr..
