He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Stocker and Alice Stocker (Ribble); his siblings, Mildred Stocker and David Stocker; and his nephew David Stocker.
He is survived by: his wife Georgene Stocker (Marsh); his stepson David Muhlen (April); his niece Linda Sigafuss (Richard); his nephew Glenn Stocker (Ann); his stepgrandson John D. Muhlen (Julia); and his great grandchild Norah Muhlen.
