She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Smickley and Stella Schlegel Smickley; her husband Charles "Chuck" Albert; her son Brian; and her siblings, June Riegel, Ralph Smickley, Paul Smickley, Marion Mucha, Robert Smickley and Madelyn Beers.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jean Smickley Roper (Russell) and Marlin Smickley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews who were like her own children.
