He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert David and Emma David (Solderitz); and his brothers, Joseph and Albert David. He is survived by: his wife Debra S. (Houck); his sons, John A. David, Jr. of Northampton, PA, James David of Wind Gap, PA and Shane J. David of Wind Gap, PA; his grandchildren, Zachary, Jared and Katherine; and his sisters, Janet Saganowich (Stanley) of Coplay, PA and Mary Horn of Albrightsville, PA.
