She is survived by: her children, Earl K. Singer III (Carolyn) of Effort, PA and Donnakay Stout (Pete) of Wind Gap, PA; her siblings, Clifford Safin (Violet) of East Stroudsburg, PA and Gertrude Safin (Stanley) of Stroudsburg, PA; and her grandchildren, BilliJo Singer, BobbiJo Smith, David R. Heckman Jr. and Melissa Fithian. She is also survived by her 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
